They offer a free comprehensive start up course, providing guidance on sales, marketing, finance, planning, and business regulations.

All limited companies in the UK are registered at Companies House. There are more than 1.8 million limited companies registered in Great Britain, and more than 300,000 new companies are incorporated each year. The Learning and Skills Council for Hampshire and the Isle of Wight brings together learning and training opportunities for businesses and people over the age of 16. learndirect provides employers with tailored learning solutions that deliver tangible business benefits.learndirect has spearheaded the Government's pledge on lifelong learning and has become the largest e-learning project in Europe. Through a combination of a skills based portfolio of courses covering work and personal interests, flexible delivery via the Internet, and comprehensive learner support, learndirect has provided learning solutions for over 200,000 learners and is currently attracting nearly 10,000 new learners every week. learndirect's local interests are represented by BCOT
