TollWay Treasury is a back up service offering collection of funds due whether through credit card or invoice, banking and royalty distribution. TollWay Treasury takes the overhead of treasury handling and fulfilment features away from your business.

Driving overhead out through automation

From any transaction an administrative overhead is created to capture the record of sale, handle the invoice and collect and process the payment.

TollWay allows you to automate much of this overhead and reduce costs substantially. Using our server technology we can:

• produce automatic invoices and consignment notes
• generate cumulative sales data
• capture customer records
• process multiple transaction payments

In its ultimate configuration you can concentrate on production, marketing and selling and we will send you a cheque and associated transaction report at an interval specified by you. Much of your overhead simply disappears.

Extending electronic working to fulfilment and third parties

Our TollWay Treasury system includes on-line viewers which allow any partner in the supply chain to view order status. This on-line monitoring can include making status information available to your fulfilment house or a contract fulfilment house we can arrange for you. Again, our goal is to drive overhead away from your business in a managed and controllable way.

How much does TollWay Treasury cost my business?

That depends on what you want us to do for you. We operate in two ways; a) on a royalty percentage per transaction and b) to a sliding scale fee based on the number of transactions. Our percentage varies depending on the industry sector and the extent to which we involve ourselves with treasury and fulfilment.
